Mini Bikes

Mini bikes are miniature motorized bikes. They were first built and used in the fifties. They were originally built from spare parts left laying around a garage. These bikes were first popularized by pit crews at the drag racing tracks because they are easy to maneuver in small spaces, and were faster than other modes of transportation. Once people began to see them around neighborhoods, they began to build their own. A whole cottage industry sprang up around them, and their popularity continued to grow.

Now racing minis is an extremely popular sport because they are very fast. There are as many different types and styles on the market as there are regular, full-sized bikes. On top of that, people regularly customize their bikes the way other enthusiasts customize their regular motorcycles. The result of this is a huge range of minis in terms of speeds, styles, and uses.

If you are interested in purchasing one of these bikes, be sure to check out the laws in your local areas. In many places, they are banned from the road. In other areas, they are against the law entirely. The penalties for taking a mini bicycle out on the road also vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Also, always take certain safety precautions, such as wearing helmets and elbow and knee pads.
